Despite ongoing rumors about the decline of job boards, job seekers still report using job posting sites more often than any other source for finding jobs. Nearly 600 job seekers recently took the MedReps.com survey and answered questions about how much time they spend on the job search, their biggest frustrations with the job search, and the reason they are looking for work (the answer to this one was more varied than you might think).
